1. How long will it take to make my custom surfboard?
In most cases, 3-5 weeks depending on blank stock and availability. However boards with sprays can take a week longer.
2. How do I add a spray to my board?
Either send us an image to our email or we can talk you through it when we speak to you about your custom board.
3. How much will a spray cost.
Depending on the amount of colour(s) and the degree of difficulty but $75.00 can get you a pretty killer spray.
4. Can I order over the phone.
Absolutely, Call Rex at 0414 378 764 and he will be glad to assist.
5. Can I pay over the phone?
Yes we have a remote credit card facility.
6. How long for delivery?
After custom surfboard is finished (or shipping bigger items), Our service will usually be able to deliver within these stated times via Fastway:
Sydney/ Newcastle - overnight
South Coast NSW to Mid North Coast 1-2 working days
Gold Coast 2 working days
Melbourne 2 working days
Hobart 3 working days
Perth 6 working days
On smaller items, the item will be shipped via Australia Post
7. Is there a warranty on the surfboard?
Unfortunately due to the extreme stress that a surfboard has put upon it, we cannot offer any warranties against breakage or dings, however if there is obvious signs of material or manufacturers fault, we can work something out to keep you happy. We try to take all measures possible to prevent breakage, but surfboards break because of the nature of the lightweight product put into an extremely stressfull environment - that being the ocean.
